To start:

Tomato and red pepper soup, black pepper croutons, farmhouse bread

Chorizo and pork scotch egg, smoked chilli jam, dressed leaves

Chicken liver parfait, granny smith apple salad, plum chutney, toasted ciabatta

Smoked salmon and prawns, Marie rose

 

To follow:

Braised blade of beef, wholegrain mustard mash, red cabbage, red wine jus

Crispy breast of chicken, parmentier potatoes, creamed leeks, Diane sauce

Pan-fried fillet of salmon, dill roasted new potatoes, sauté green beans, tarragon hollandaise

Wild mushroom and spinach wellington, dauphinoise potato, curly kale, red wine jus

 

The end:

Toffee pecan roulade, salted caramel ice-cream

Trio of chocolate, warm chocolate brownie, mini baileys tart, Belgium chocolate ice

Sticky toffee pudding, vanilla custard

Burnt lemon tart, seasonal berries,  passion fruit sorbet
